We collect account information provided through GitHub OAuth (your name, email address, and organization membership), usage data (feature usage, job history, and configuration preferences), and source code submitted for review or analysis. Source code is processed in memory and never stored. See our Trust center for full details.
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Ellipsis service, improve and develop new features, communicate with you about your account, ensure the security and integrity of the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your source code for model training.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure providers (AWS) for hosting and service operation, AI model providers for code analysis under agreements that prohibit training on customer data, and law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law.
Source code is not retained after processing. It is held in memory only for the duration of a job and discarded upon completion. Account and usage data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon request. For full details, see our Trust center.
Ellipsis is SOC 2 Type 1 certified. All data is processed within a private AWS VPC with encryption in transit and at rest. For more details, see our Security page.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing team@ellipsis.dev. You may also request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated notice on our website or by email. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
If you have questions about this privacy notice, contact us at team@ellipsis.dev.
